Lacking motivation? Try this….
Go on pinterest or tumblr or whatever your favorite site may be! Grab the quotes, pictures and recipes that motivate or inspire you. Now, if you have fitness mags laying around, do the same thing. Buy a cheap pinboard at Wal Mart or Target and create a motivation board. Hang it up somewhere where you can see it multiple times throughout the day.
Remind yourself why you started… remind yourself of who you are, and who you want to be… both INSIDE AND OUT. Realize that you are FULLY capable of reaching your goals… you just have to BELIEVE that you can achieve them. Do not get discouraged by minor setbacks like a binge or a missed workout. Do better, try harder. You are only a failure if you QUIT. NEVER QUIT, NEVER GIVE UP.
