I read this in a magazine but to be honest didn’t try it yet. Still wanted to share this with you, precious’. 

Apparently drinking eight ounces every morning of this delivers a whopping dose of super-cleansing chlorophyll, which may help eliminate toxins. For a week’s worth of smoothies, blend the following ingredients and refrigerate : 
1 and 1/2 cups water 
2 cups chopped organic romaine lettuce 
3-4 stalks organic celery 
3 cups organic spinach 
1 organic apple, cored and chopped 
1 organic pear, cored and chopped 
1 organic banana
Juice of 1/2 fresh organic lemon

i used to eat bananas all the time but i really do prefer apples. i can eat a banana in 3 bites which makes me reach for a 2nd then a 3rd and so on. but i think bananas are delicious in the morning :)
